PDQTECH.CA will invoice the Client after completion of each phase(s) or the entire Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.
PDQTECH.CA does not make any warranties, and expressly disclaims all other warranties, guaranties, conditions, and representations, whether oral or written, expressed or implied, or arising by usage of the services, including, but not limited to, non-infringement, the merchantability of the services, its fitness for a particular purpose, meeting client’s requirements, or satisfactory quality.
PDQTECH.CA does not warrant that the services will be provided uninterrupted or free of defects in material or title.
PDQTECH.CA does not warrant that the services do not cause any loss or damages resulting from the transfer of data over communication networks or facilities.
By submitting an order to PDQTECH.CA, you agree to all terms and conditions listed on our website regardless of those listed on your own purchase order. Every effort is made to verify and maintain the accuracy of information contained within our website and literature, however we reserve the right to change this information without notice and cannot be held liable for these changes.
It is our customers’ responsibility to check for any discrepancies on the order they place as the order will be processed as received accordingly.

Verify the item(s’) name, type, part, accessory, number, product compatibility, colour, size, listed available quantity, desired quantity to purchase, item(s’) description, photo(s), pricing, and shipping information and accuracy on the applicable e-commerce platform (eBay or PDQTECH.CA Store) to ensure it is correct when placing your order. PDQTECH.CA is not responsible and cannot be held liable for discrepancies/errors made once an order has been placed.
By placing an order with PDQTECH.CA through its applicable e-commerce platform(s), you agree to these terms.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most of our products have a standard 1 to 2 business day order processing time depending upon the item and quantity ordered, availability of stock, product type, and time of year.
Order processing times are approximate and not guaranteed. Order processing times can vary at busy peak times throughout the year due to inventory levels and/or employee shortages.
SHIPPING TIME
Items and products purchased from PDQTECH.CA from its applicable e-commerce platform (eBay or PDQTECH.CA Store) is shipped by Canada Post, Regular Parcel ground delivery service.
*Please note that a parcel’s expected delivery date depends on its shipment date, which is exclusive of and in addition to order processing time.
Delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions as set out by the Canada Post delivery service. As a result, delivery times are subject to change without notice.
Canada Post may change or suspend its on-time delivery guarantee during peak periods due to causes beyond its reasonable control, which include, but are not limited to:
· Acts of God
· Epidemics
· Labour disruptions
· Equipment failures
· Unanticipated surges in volume
Shipping and delivery does not include weekend or holidays.

ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGE
If an order cancellation is made before the order package has been shipped out by PDQTECH.CA, there will be no cancellation fee charged to the customer’s account.
If an order is cancelled after the order package has already been shipped out by PDQTECH.CA, once an order has been processed and shipped, any updates and cancellation costs incurred will be charged directly to the customer including cancellation fees and/or re-stocking fees.
PDQTECH.CA does not pay for mail returns and shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment will be made to PDQTECH.CA via cash, e-transfer, an approved payment card (credit or debit), online payment portal or by any other valid payment method determined by PDQTECH.CA (E-Transfers will be sent to sales@pdqtech.ca). Online payment portal can be accessed by visiting pay.pdqtech.ca
PDQTECH.CA will perform only the service(s) agreed upon and authorized by the Client. Any information provided by the Client will be used to assist technicians in performing the requested service(s).
In case of any contradictions between different versions of the Services Description, the one being made available online will always prevail and the Service Provider may amend the Services from time to time, provided that such amendments shall not materially diminish the overall Service.
The operation or use of the Services by Client requires certain system requirements which are subject to change at the discretion of PDQTECH.CA. The specification of system requirements does not form part of Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement. Client shall be solely responsible for obtaining any and all system requirements required to operate or use the Services. PDQTECH.CA is not responsible for problems, conditions, delays, failures, and other loss or damages arising from Client not complying with the system requirements and/or related to Client’s network connections, telecommunication links, or caused by the Internet.
PDQTECH.CA’s Service Fees and Subscription Fees do not include taxes. Client is responsible for paying all sales, use, and value-added taxes associated with its receipt of Services. If PDQTECH.CA has an obligation to pay or collect taxes for which Client is responsible under this section, the appropriate amount shall be invoiced to and paid by Client, unless Client provides PDQTECH.CA with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
PDQTECH.CA may offer Upgrades and/or Add-On Services to the Services, where “Upgrades” mean new capabilities or functionalities of the Services and “Add-On Services” either mean (i) new and/or additional functionality packages in form of separate modules to the Services, or (ii) integrations or connection applications with other PDQTECH.CA or third party software applications. Upgrades and Add-On Services are only subject to the Agreement, if ordered separately and paid for by Client, where additional terms and conditions may apply.
